monochrom ist ein international agierendes Kunst-Technologie-Philosophie Kollektiv. Gegründet wurde monochrom 1993. Die Gruppe arbeitet mit den verschiedensten Medien und Kunstformaten und veröffentlicht die Buch- und Magazinreihe monochrom. Anfang Dezember 2005 übernahm monochrom die Lord Jim Loge, eine von Jörg Schlick, Martin Kippenberger, Wolfgang Bauer und Albert Oehlen gegründete Künstlervereinigung.
