Miao Genshenggeb. 1960 in Chengdu, China
After graduating from Department of Arts and Crafts (now named as School of Design) of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and obtaining the bachelor’s degree, he started his teaching career in his alma mater. From 2000 to present， Professor MIAO has been teaching in Southwest Jiaotong University, and he is now the Head of Department of Design and a postgraduate tutor.
